Deliveries & Pick-ups

 Deliveries

Deliveries are carried out by a third-party delivery contractor for a flat rate of € 10.00 using temperature controlled vehicles to ensure that your orders get to you safely and in optimal condition. A receipt for your order is sent via email and will not be provided by the courier company. The courier company will provide a tracking link via email. 


When we deliver 

Delivery currently depends on the delivery load; your expected delivery date will be confirmed via email after you place your order.

Deliveries take place from approximately 6.00pm onwards. We cannot guarantee an exact time but you can expect a call from the delivery person when your Little Foodies order is on its way to you! Kindly provide an alternative delivery address two days before should you know that no one will be available to collect the order when delivered.

As long as your meals are 'refrigerator cold' to the touch when they arrive, they can safely be put into your freezer.

Pick-ups

We will notify you when your next pick-up slot window will be once we receive your order. Location pick-up will be provided via an order confirmation together with further instructions.
